Hello,
Recently I ordered an RKP115-1601. I wish to tell you all how pleased I Am that I did.
The shipping container and method was in great condition. I am impressed with the shrink wrap. I was again impressed with the inside packaging and the care. That was taken to protect the LCD screen, the keyboard and the foam placed to prevent any movement during shipping.
Another great impression. Installation into the rack was easy and fast. You thoughtfully provided all necessary hardware to accomplish an install in less than 5 minutes.
Well, next I was really blown away when I power up the unit and my servers. Everything is easy to follow and use. The screen setups for the menus was fast and easy. BUT the LCD screen is just FANTASTIC. It is very clear, the brightness is wonderful ( I had to urn it down a bit ), the resolution is more than I would have ever asked for.
I have worked with other 1U LCD monitors and was never impressed. YOUR product is OUTSTANDING ! I have not seen such quality and consideration to every aspect of a rack mount LCD monitor / keyboard / mouse with a built in KVM before. This is one very fine product and I am very happy that I Chose I-Tech.
I hope this finds you all very well. I am so very pleased to have been able to purchase from your fine company and work with such wonderful people.
